Not many provinces In the country have so many
     lakes as Dalsland. Needless to say here there is
           a first rate fishing and of many kinds. Dalsland is an
                eldorado for the ones interested in fishing and has a
                    sweet water fishing that not so many other
                       provinces can offer.
                         You can spin, fly-fish, angle, and troll in
                           Dalsland. The number of species is high. In
                            Lake Vänern alone you find approximately
                            35  different species of fish.
                            In the southern part of the province there is it
                           number of nutritious lakes with a good stock of  
                          white fish - perfect for angler. In some of the
                       lakes you even find pike perch.
                    There are majestic lakes in the crack valleys in
                Dalsland. In these lakes the water is clear and cold with
           good visibility. The chances are good for getting char,
      salmon trout and salmon. Furthermore,
in most all lakes in Dalsland the fishing
for the perch and pike is good.
